How Do I Place An Order?

Select and enter the number of a particular item you wish to purchase. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and this will take you to the payment screen. Fill in the required fields and ensure all the information is accurate before finalizing your purchase

Payment is in Canadian currency and is due at the time the purchase is placed. K&C Kreations is currently only accepting PayPal for online purchases. All sales are processed safely through a secure shopping cart gateway.

What if I don't see the stone I need on your site?

If you are in need of something you don't see on our site? Just get in touch with us by email and let us know what you are looking for.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon.-Fri.).

Please make sure that your shipping address is CONFIRMED with Pay Pal.

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post. You can expect to receive your package in approx. 4-6 business days in Canada, (Times can be longer during Holiday Season)

There is no tracking included with this economical shipping method, Delivery times are Canada Post estimates, and I cannot guarantee delivery times. Please keep these transit time estimates in mind for gifts for Birthdays, Christmas or other specific celebrations and holidays.

I am not responsible for damages or losses that occur during shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Jewelry can be refunded within 15 days of purchase due to a material or labor defect.The item must be returned in it's original condition and unused. K&C Kreations will exchange/refund the merchandise once it has been received.

The customer is responsible for returning shipping. K&C Kreations also reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange for any reason.

K&C Kreations is not responsible for damages or losses that occur during shipping. Absolutely No refund on shipping fees.

Funds can only be refunded via PayPal. Any Paypal fees you incur are not refundable by K&C Kreations. We are not responsible for PayPal fee deductions.

No returns are accepted for any other reason than manufacturing or material defect.

K&C Kreations is not responsible for lost orders while en route.

Special orders are not refundable.

Where is the address I return this to? Return information is on your package.
